How do I start if I’m new to sleep training?
Begin with our Beginner Track in the catalog and practice the nightly audio routine. Focus on consistency for 7–10 nights before you adjust anything. If you want a simple rule: keep wake-up time fixed, and let bedtime move only slightly.
Are the methods evidence-based?
Yes. We integrate CBT‑I strategies, stimulus control, and circadian hygiene along with gentle breathwork. We emphasize practical routines and measurable habits (wake time, light exposure, wind-down steps) instead of “sleep hacks.”
Do I need any devices or apps?
No. Courses are text and audio-first, accessible on any modern browser. Optional: a notebook or notes app to track wake time and how quickly you fell asleep.
Can I get a refund?
If you’re not satisfied within 14 days, contact support and we’ll help. We may ask what you tried so we can recommend the right track, but your request isn’t contingent on “perfect usage.”
What if I wake up at night and can’t fall back asleep?
Try a low-arousal reset: keep lights dim, avoid time-checking, and do a short breath routine. If you feel wired for more than ~20 minutes, get out of bed briefly and do something calm until you feel sleepy again (stimulus control).
